Details you enter on the Generate Bill page — hotel information, stay dates, guest details, charges and signatures — are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript and temporarily held in your browser's session storage so the final bill page can display them. This data is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers, and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.
If you use the Contact page, the name, email address, subject and message you submit are sent to our support inbox by email so we can reply to you. We keep these messages only as long as needed to respond and for basic record-keeping.
We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall site traffic (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how often). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors personally.
This site loads web fonts and a couple of front-end libraries from third-party content-delivery networks (such as Google Fonts and cdnjs) to keep the site fast. These providers may log basic request data such as your IP address, as is standard for any CDN request.
A hotel logo you choose to add on the generator page is read directly in your browser and embedded into the bill preview as a local file reference — it is not uploaded to any server.
Because bill-generator data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to delete on request beyond any message you've sent us via the Contact form. To remove that, email us and we'll delete it from our inbox.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
