A bill produced by this tool reflects only the information you type in. We make no representation that any employer, insurer, auditor, or government body will accept it for reimbursement, tax, insurance, or any other claim. Acceptance decisions rest entirely with the organisation you submit it to — please confirm their requirements before relying on this tool.
You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of every detail you enter, including amounts, dates and guest information. Because we don't keep a copy, we cannot retrieve, resend, or recreate a bill for you after your session ends.
By design, the tool does not generate a downloadable PDF file. The finished bill is shown as a full web page which you may screenshot or save as an image using the on-page option.
